On Friday, December 30th, you are invited to come to a reception~
The Memorial Art Gallery from 1:30-3:30
After thirty five years of medical practice, and after much thought and deliberation, I have decided to retire from active practice of medicine on December 31, 2022. I had planned to inform my patients via a letter in early to mid September, but there are logistical hold-ups and I felt it unfair to delay telling you until October. Please be rest-assured that arrangements have been made with the University of Rochester Medical Center to place my patients in one of several new primary care medical practices which will assure you of continuity of excellent care. You are, of course, free to seek your own doctor if you so desire.
THE EXACT DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE FOUND IN THE LETTER SENT the week of OCTOBER 10th. It has been my pleasure to serve as your physician, and I have appreciated your confidence in me over the years. In the meantime, I plan to continue to be your physician and be available, as always, until the end of the year.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Have the hospital notify our office or the physician on call.
We typically have same-day appointment availability. Call 585.244.0674 for scheduling.
